Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Our office hours are Sunday to Thursday from 10 am until 5 pm (Israeli time). However, we are available via email and will endeavor to respond to all customer enquiries as quickly as possible.
Your order will normally be dispatched within one working day. Orders placed after 2 pm on weekdays and orders placed during weekends and Israeli bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Israel, Europe, and International Destinations

We offer free shipping delivery on all orders.

Your order will be ready for shipping within 14 business days according to stock.

Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to delays depending on customs inspections.

Purchases from the following list of countries will not carry any additional cost other than the costs displayed on our checkout page (see the list of countries)

Orders from other countries MAY INCUR additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges. Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
Correct Delivery Information
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for Israeli deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing (mybolajewelry@gmail.com).
Return & Exchange Policy
Changing your mind
If you change your mind, you can return or exchange your product within 14 days from the delivery date. The cost of the product purchased will be fully refunded.

Please send us an email (mybolajewelry@gmail.com) with name, order number and a short description of why it will be returned (this will help us to improve our customer service upfront).

You will receive an email with detailed info on how to ship/return the product.

The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition.

All shipping costs (including full delivery and return shipping costs) are covered by you and will not be returned unless the return is due to an accepted complaint. In that case, the shipping receipt must be attached.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

As soon as we have received your returned package we will transfer the amount of purchase to the same account as used during purchase.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible (mybolajewelry@gmail.com). If the order has already been dispatched, you should follow the procedure above. Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Or Defective Goods
We will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However occasionally damages do occur during transit, so in this case please contact us by email (mybolajewelry@gmail.com) within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return. At this point, we will offer you a refund or exchange depending on stock availability and agree on the cost of return postage.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage costs that have not been agreed with us in writing prior to sending.
Similarly, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving them, please contact us by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any lost packages. In the unfortunate event that the parcel is lost and we do not receive the returned item, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.
